NESOI Plus HelpDesk
The NESOIPlus Helpdesk is available to support applicants throughout the Open Call process for Technical Assistance. Potential applicants can contact the Helpdesk to receive guidance on eligibility criteria, application requirements, and submission procedures, as well as clarification on the scope and objectives of the call. While the Helpdesk cannot pre-evaluate proposals, it aims to ensure that all applicants have access to clear and consistent information to prepare high-quality submissions.
Queries can be submitted via the dedicated Contact Form, and responses will be provided within three working days.
