The OSS enables users to collaborate, access technical and financial resources, find partners, and complete key steps of project development, bridging the geographical isolation that typically affects island territories. It expands on the foundation of the original NESOI platform, enhancing features, usability, and interoperability to respond to the specific needs of Outermost Regions.
