The Sustainable Estonian Islands (SEI) project aims to bridge the gaps between sectors to accelerate the frontier of sustainability and create realistic and feasible energy utilisation concepts. This project is promoted by the Saare and Hiiumaa Development Centers and managed by our partners from E-ON. 

In particular, the Estonian islands want to create a realistic timeline for building a viable island community as well as an investment plan that outlines all significant assets. The SEI project also includes a vision for island developments on themes based on local resources, as well as an outline of workable solutions to ecological challenges, economic advancements, and climate change.
