On December 1st and 2nd, our partner Jesús Rubio Conde, Manager of Deloitte, presented our project NESOI at the VII Congreso Nacional de Energías Renovables (VII National Renewable Energy Congress of Spain), organised by the APPA- Asociación de Empresas de Energías Renovables (the Spanish Renewable Energy Company Association), in Madrid. The National Renewable Energy Congress of Spain, which is celebrated yearly, has become one of the most relevant events related to renewable energies in Spain. It occurred in Madrid in the Auditorio Mutua Madrileña (Paseo de Eduardo Dato, 20). The event has included 14 lectures and roundtables, where some of the most important topics related to renewable energy in Spain today have been discussed. For example, the renewable energy capacity tenders, which should be able to connect up to 80 GW, or the new regulatory and economic frameworks for the energy storage and the record-breaking renewable energy power capacity which will be installed until 2030. It also offers networking opportunities and exchange experiences with some of the most important companies and organisations in Spain's renewable energy field.

The congress was an excellent opportunity to disseminate the results for NESOI, as it is approaching the end of the project! Read more about our project and its platform here!
