On December 5th, NESOI - The European Island Facility will organise an online webinar on "Energy Communities".

The event chair, our partner from E.ON will discuss the formation and operation of Energy Communities on the European Islands. Specifically, a particular focus will be on new renewable energy generation planned by an operating Energy Community, energy poverty, and industrial energy communities. During the webinar, you will also be able to immerse into the NESOI world and get to know some of the incredible projects supported by NESOI: NEPTUNUS - Wave energy potential investigated by the energy community on Halki island (Greece), FECOS - Fair Energy Communities (Italy), and POSIDON - Feasibility studies of energy communities in Menorca (Spain), and much more!
